Experience: Minimum 4 to 5 years in selling products, concept and services in a similar industry, such as STP, water treatment, waste management, renewable energy

Salary: 7-9 LPA we can increase the package also, if candidate is good


We are looking for an experienced candidate who will be responsible for managing organizational sales, developing business plans, meeting targets and supervising and organizing the sales team


Typical tasks/responsibilities

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense control
  • Meeting planned sales goals,Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
  • Monitoring sales goals ,Reporting of sales
  • Monitoring the sales team activity and performance
  • Ongoing training of sales people
  • Coordination with marketing for lead generation
  • Recovery of payments
  • Coordination with internal teams
  • Attend relevant business development forums as defined by organization
  • Promoting organization and products
  • Understand ideal customer and research market opportunities
  • Developing sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge and education
